NHS Partnership Natural Wellness Workshops
Due to the positive outcomes we've already seen with those we've supported Nasyasbreath is now working in collaboration with the local NHS and three universities. Together, we share a passion for finding new, evidence-based ways to help people manage chronic pain. We are currently developing an NIHR funding application to secure support for future research and programme delivery.
Nasyasbreath is also collaborating with the Nature Pain Project and Lanjeth Nursery and Water Gardens—the home of our workshops—to deliver a series of Nasya's Breath Natural Wellness Workshops for communities across Cornwall.
Alongside our research, we are actively seeking funding to expand our work through smaller community projects, making our workshops accessible to as many people as possible and supporting more individuals on their journey of living well with chronic pain.
Our 10-week Nasya's Breath Workshops are rooted in deep listening, person-centred, threaded with contemporary pain science, eco-psychology, and mindfulness, all set within the inspiring woodland surroundings of Cornwall's natural landscape. By combining evidence-informed approaches with the restorative power of nature connection, we help participants develop practical skills, build resilience, and discover new ways to manage persistent pain.
Join us in making a real difference. Your support will help us continue this important work, expand access to those who need it most, and contribute to research that could transform the way chronic pain is understood and managed for future generations.
