Nervous System Regulation Workshops
When Life Feels Like Too Much…
Life is busy. Work can be demanding. And sometimes, stress and overwhelm can leave us feeling like we’re constantly running on empty.
This half-day workshop is an opportunity to pause, breathe and reconnect.
Together, we’ll explore simple, practical ways to support nervous system regulation, using breath, mindfulness and the natural environment to help you develop tools that can be carried into everyday life.
You’ll have space to slow down, learn, reflect and reconnect — without the pressure to perform or achieve.
You’ll Explore:
Meet Wilson – explore perspective, perception and your own responses through a fun, playful activity.
Understand your nervous system – learn about stress, Polyvagal Theory and the Window of Tolerance in a simple, relatable way.
Recognise your own signs of stress – notice how overwhelm and stress show up in your body, thoughts and emotions.
Explore regulation tools – try practical techniques such as breathing, tapping, grounding and mindfulness.
Learn to notice and respond – discover ways to recognise when you’re becoming overwhelmed and what may help you return to a more regulated state.
Connect with nature – slow down through guided meditation, mindful nature connection, poetry and quiet reflection.
Reflect and restore – spend time outdoors noticing, listening and reconnecting with yourself and the natural world.
Take something with you – leave with practical tools and insights you can use in everyday life.
