What do the workshops look like?
During our time together, our facilitators will create a safe space for you to be yourself. We will sit in a circle, listen to each other, with a time for each of you to be truly heard. Our shared experiences with chronic pain will help us see one another compassionately without judgment. All this, is held by and in nature, accompanied by soothing sounds and its beauty, providing space for reflection and stillness. For your comfort, we also provide a gluten-free, vegetarian lunch and beverages.
What happens if it's raining?
We are equipped for the weather and have shelters at the ready.
