Seeing You As You Really Are

One-to-One Chronic Pain Support

While we deeply value the connection, understanding and shared experience that can come from our group workshops, we also recognise that groups are not for everyone—at least not yet. Everyone’s journey with chronic pain is unique, and we want to meet you wherever you are.

Through working alongside people living with chronic pain, we have witnessed how many feel unseen, unheard and misunderstood. Many describe feeling as though their words have been dismissed, or that they have had to wear a mask of coping and capability while privately struggling. Pain can impact confidence, identity, relationships and a sense of belonging, leaving people feeling isolated, alone or disconnected from the person they once were.

We understand that sharing your experiences can feel incredibly vulnerable, especially when you have spent a long time feeling that others do not truly understand. For some, stepping into a group environment feels too much—and that is okay.

We listened to what people living with chronic pain were asking for, and created our one-to-one support sessions to offer a more personal, gentle and individual space.

Our 1:1 support is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, understand your pain story and recognise that your experiences are an important part of who you are—not something you need to hide or overcome before you can move forward. Together, we can explore your relationship with pain, rebuild confidence, develop tools to support your wellbeing and help you feel more able to share your experiences when and if you choose to.

For some people, one-to-one support becomes a pathway towards joining a group, where they can find connection with others who truly understand. For others, individual support is exactly what they need. There is no right or wrong way to navigate your journey.

Wherever you are, we will walk alongside you with compassion, understanding and without judgement.
