Person Centred Counselling
For When It’s OK to Not Be So OK!
It is vital to remember that in the same way that all disabilities cannot be seen, the same can be said for the mental anguish that people feel as part of their everyday lives.
When life becomes purely an existence it’s time to seek help with your feelings.
It is never easy to ask for assistance, especially from those that you love or who love you.
Bea’s experience as a trained Councillor will help you come to terms with the things that are not allowing you to live your best life.
It often helps to share your pain as a first step towards managing your life. Our person centred approach means that we look at you as an individual and over time give you the tools most suitable to help. Most importantly it doesn’t really on factsheets, difficult questionnaires or researching video content online.
Our goal is to lead you towards your goal in a series of small manageable small steps that reflect the place you find yourself in today.
