The Journey - Drawn From Wonder
For some, inspiration is a fleeting moment, a spark ignited by a specific event. For Bea, however, it is a constant, a wellspring fed by the very essence of life itself. From the grand tapestry of the ancient world to the delicate intricacies of a spider's web, Bea finds herself captivated and driven to explore further.
At the heart of Bea's inspiration lies her Christian faith, a source of unwavering hope and strength. She is utterly mesmerized by Creation, by the sheer beauty and complexity of the world around us. This awe extends beyond the visible, fuelled by a deep understanding and appreciation for the forces at play, nurtured by her experiences at the Natural Academy and the University of Derby. These institutions have provided a foundation of knowledge that allows her to see the world with a sharper, more informed perspective.
Bea's quest for understanding and her dedication to helping others navigate challenges, particularly pain, has led her to the work of several influential figures. She finds profound inspiration in the research and insights of Prof. Lorimer Moseley, a leading pain scientist whose work is revolutionizing our understanding of chronic pain. Similarly, Dr. Frances Cole's "Live Well with Pain (10 Footsteps)" provides practical tools and strategies for individuals to reclaim their lives.
Beyond the realm of physical pain, Bea also draws inspiration from thought leaders who explore the intricacies of the human mind and spirit. She finds resonance in the works of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Caroline Leaf, and Dr. Gabor Maté, each offering unique perspectives on neuroplasticity, the power of the mind, and the impact of trauma on our well-being. The humanistic approach of Carl Rogers, with his emphasis on empathy and self-actualisation, further enriches Bea's understanding of human potential. Finally, the mindfulness practices championed by Vidyamala Burch of Breathworks offer a powerful pathway to navigate pain and cultivate inner peace.
Bea's journey is a testament to the power of observation, faith, and the continuous pursuit of knowledge. She reminds us that inspiration is not a passive experience, but an active engagement with the world around us. By embracing the wonder of creation, learning from the insights of thought leaders, and drawing strength from her faith, Bea embodies a spirit of continuous growth and a commitment to making a positive impact. Her story serves as a potent reminder that inspiration, like a wellspring, can be a source of boundless energy and purpose, ultimately shaping our lives and the lives of those we touch.

Time is not a cure for chronic pain, but it can be crucial for improvement. It takes time to change, to recover and to make progress

About Nasya’s Breath
Nasya is a Hebraic girls name meaning miracle which is where all the work done here is based on, the miracle of our breath how if we choon into it coupled with that of the natural world we can bring calmness and healing to ourselves through tapping into our parasymapthetic nervous system.
Nasya’s breath is passionate about empowering and equipping clients with the tools to tap into and regulate their nervous system, which I have personally found when connecting with the natural and incredible nervous system and that of creation whilst engaging all of our senses brings calming, peace, relaxation and takes us to a place of wholeness. It is only when we are in wholeness that we can truly connect to who we truly are and tap into that. Nasyas breath has created courses to equip those with long term chronic pain and suffering to tap into another way of living with pain, the practices explore not only the acceptance of the difficult but looks beyond, seeking to find the pleasant, joy, beauty, awe and wonder both within ourselves which has often been stifled by pain, emotionally or physically but also that in the natural world.
